The National Testing Agency has announced the results of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2023. For all students who took the test, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has made the NEET 2023 result available online. 1145976 out of 2038596 candidates who took the NEET UG 2023 exam were successful in passing. The NEET (UG) is conducted for admission to undergraduate medical, dental, Indian system of medicine, and homeopathy courses in various institutions across India. The examination was conducted on 7th May 2023, with a total of 2,087,462 candidates appearing at 4,097 different centers in 499 cities within the country, including 14 cities outside India.
NEET Variability in Conducting the EXAM
In response to the request from the State Government of Manipur, the NEET (UG) was also conducted in Manipur on 6th June 2023. A total of 8,753 candidates appeared for the exam at 34 centres in 11 cities within the state. The examination was held in 10 other cities, namely Aizawl (Mizoram), Kohima (Nagaland), Dimapur (Nagaland), Shillong (Meghalaya), Guwahati (Assam), Jorhat (Assam), Silchar (Assam), Kolkata (West Bengal), Delhi, and Bengaluru (Karnataka).
The NEET (UG) 2023 was conducted in 13 languages, including Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. This multi-lingual approach aims to provide equal opportunities to candidates from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
Recognition in Abroad
The examination was held in various international cities to facilitate the participation of candidates residing abroad. These cities include Abu Dhabi, Bangkok, Colombo, Doha, Kathmandu, Kuala Lumpur, Lagos, Manama, Muscat, Riyadh, Sharjah, Singapore, Dubai, and Kuwait City.
With the announcement of the NEET (UG) 2023 results on 13th June 2023, candidates can now access their scores and rankings. The results will determine their eligibility for admission to undergraduate medical and related courses in the participating institutions.

How to Check the NEET UG 2023 Result
- Open a web browser on your device.
- In the address bar, type in “neet.nta.nic.in” and press Enter to visit the official website.
- Look for the “View NEET-UG 2023 –
- Result” tab on the homepage and click on it.
- You will be redirected to the NEET candidate login page.
- On the login page, enter your roll number, date of birth, and the security pin as provided on the page.
- Once you have entered the required information, click on the “Submit” or “Login” button.
- If the details are correct, the NEET rank card for 2023 will be displayed on the screen.
- To download the result, look for a “Print” or “Download” option on the page and click on it.
- Save the result as a PDF file to your device.
