Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute has a Hospital facility with 1380 beds which was established in 2001 and recognized by the Medical council of India. It also accommodates Super Specialty departments and Intensive Care Units . It is the first Teaching Hospital to be accredited by NABH in Puducherry UT.
