The National Testing Agency (NTA) issued a clarification on Wednesday regarding the medium of the question paper for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2023. The official notice can be found on the NEET UG website, neet.nta.nic.in.
According to the Information Bulletin for NEET (UG), -2023 available on https://neet.nta.nic.in/, the National Testing Agency will conduct the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) – 2023 on May 7th, 2023 (Sunday) from 02:00 P.M. to 05:20 P.M. (Indian Standard Time) as a Pen & Paper mode (offline) test in about 499 cities across India and cities outside India.
Candidates opting for English will receive the Test Booklet in English only, while candidates opting for Hindi will receive a bilingual Test Booklet in English and Hindi. Candidates opting for regional languages will also receive a bilingual Test Booklet in the selected regional language and English. The Test Booklet will contain English and Hindi paper in white color, while the regional language will be printed in yellow. Urdu will be available in green color.

In short, English will be the medium of the question paper for all examination centers, while English and Hindi will be available in all examination centers in India. For specific states, other regional languages will also be available along with English.
