
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced the results of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2023, and candidates can access their scores on natboard.edu.in.
During a hearing of a plea to postpone NEET PG 2023 last month, the Indian government informed the Supreme Court that the National board of education is planning to begin NEET PG counselling from July 15th onwards. The government’s response was in reply to petitioners who argued that even if NEET PG is held in March, counselling cannot commence before August 11th, which is the deadline for the completion of internships.

The government stated that candidates who have not completed their internships by July 15th and do not have certificates will be provisionally allowed to participate. Nonetheless, candidates are advised to regularly check the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) website for the official schedule of NEET PG counselling.

Candidates who appeared for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2023 can check their scores on the official website of the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), natboard.edu.in. The results were issued by the National Board of Examinations Medical Science and individual scorecards will be made available for download from March 25th onwards.
For taking admission in MD/MS/DNB/Diploma courses in the 2023 session, the NEET PG cut-off scores are 291 for candidates who belong to the general and EWS categories, 274 for general-PwBD candidates, and 257 for SC, ST, and OBC candidates, which includes PwBD candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC categories.
