McGill is a public University that owes its inception to the petition drafted by James McGill for improved education. His vision leads to the creation of the University which bears his name, in the year 1821. Today, McGill University is one of Canada’s best-known Institutions delivering about 300 Graduate programs from eleven different departments with 30% of the students coming from 150 different countries.

The normal basis of admission to McGill University is the completion of the credentials that lead to University admission in the country of your study. The application form will be available online on the official website of the university until the deadline approaches. To access and login to the online application system, applicants must:

  1. Create or enter the login ID using a valid and reliable email address.
  2. Fill the details of the application form and submit it online.
  3. The University will send a confirmation mail after 48 hours with information on the Minerva Account and how to complete the file.
  4. Upload the necessary documents according to the instructions listed in the mail.
  5. Keep a credit card ready to pay the application fees of CAD 114.37/- and CAD 160.12/- for Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry at the Undergraduate level for two program choices. 
  6. Track the application and ensure its completion through the Minerva Account.
